We can match you with a therapist who will see you free of charge. You are allowed by law to consent to mental health services, including talk therapy, without the permission of your parents, so long as you are at least 12 years old.
California Health & Safety Code §124260 allows minors over the age of 12 to consent to their own talk therapy. A more complete discussion of the applicable law can be found under our FAQs.
We also will be organizing group activities and meet & greet events for you and other trans youth. Or maybe you just have a question or two you’d like to ask a supportive adult without fear of judgment.
We are here and want to help in any way we can.
If you are in crisis, feeling suicidal or you need help right away, we urge you to reach out. You can reach the Trans Lifeline at 877-565-8860.

You can also reach out to the Trevor Project Hotline. They have trained counselors who are available 24/7. Call them at 866-488-7386. They can also be reached here.
